We hope we can answer any questions you might have about joining us for the Wrexham Feast
The Feast gates open to the public from Saturday 25th 10am and close 9pm with the shopping marquees closing at 6pm and live entertainment and outside trader carrying on until close.
The Sunday 26th Feast opening times are 10am – 6pm the shopping marquee will close roughly an hour before the gate close giving you plenty of time to get shopping done and grab a bite to eat from our amazing traders.
We understand Festivals can be expensive as a family – with that in mind we have made Children under 16 FREE with a paying adult. They can come in and enjoy the festival and entertainment but we ask they are kept under supervision.
Advanced ticket prices are £4 per adult for a day ticket
Tickets can be purchased on the day at the gate – £5 per Adult for a day ticket / £7 per Adult for a Weekend Ticket
Wrexham Feast is a family friendly Food festival – Their will be a wide range of activities throughout the weekend for children of all ages.
Their will be a range of activites both FREE and chargeable suitable for everyone. From storytime and science experiments to Fairground rides and Balloons
We will also have a space for Breastfeading Mum’s which will include a changing area and private space for you to feed, and some essentials there for you if required. Please let a member of the team know if you need any support or help on the day. #breastfeedingfriendly
Wrexham Feast trys to be as acessible for all, We aim to be as disabled and wheelchair friendly as possible. The event is held on tarmac and is accessible for all.
There will be disabled toilet facilities available throughout the weekend. Should you require further information or have any additional requirements for the weekend please speak to a member of the team info@wrexhamfeast.com
At Wrexham Feast we dont have any cash points on site, your nearest cash point is Natwest Bank 200 yrds away just off Queens Square – LL11 1AT
Most traders at the event will be able to take card payments on the day, but please bring some cash with you as a back up.

The nearest Car Park to the Food Festival is called Ty Pawb and is a multistory carpark. You also have the Libray Car park, and Market Street Car park not far from the site
Great News! All Wrexham Town Centre car parks are free to park in from 11am each day! Please note that Parking charges do apply before 11am and all day in Ty Pawb.
You will find Wrexham Feast located on Waterworld Car Park, LL13 8BG – or just follow the smell of amazing street food ( The SatNav may be easier!)
Sure you can come and Join us by Bus or Train – The bus station is a 2 min walk away from the festival field and the main train station for Wrexham is a short 10 min walk through the town centre
As much as we love our four legged friends, the Wrexham Feast really isn’t the place for them. We do allow assistance dogs to join us though.
Disabled parking is avalible in all the local car parks, closest would be Library Car Park, Chester Road LL11 1WS
During the Food Festival
Giving you all the information you need to get the most from your weekend with us at the Wrexham Food Festival!
We know there is nothing more stressfull as a parent at an event than the thought of loosing a child. We have procedures in place to help reunite little ones as soon as possible, If you happen to come across a lost or distressed child please make a steward or staff member aware straight away and they will be able to assist. If you have lost a child please make a staff member aware as soon as possible and they will be able to secure the event field and help locate the lost child.
We are proud to be able to offer a wide range of food to hopefully cater to everyone’s needs – please check with the traders for allergy advice
We welcome everyone to the Wrexham Feast – Where possible we hope to offer something for everyone, please speak to our knowledgable traders about all allergens in products
Most traders will be accepting card throughout the weekend, but please bring some cash with you just incase.
Volunteering at the Wrexham Feast will be a really rewarding experience, helping to support the event can be done in a variety of different ways with something to suit everyone. Its a great chance to gain work experience or just be part of the social enterprise team to help deliver our community events.
We have a range of bonuses available for our volunteers from free food and drink, free entry for you and your family, Free business advertising for any business your involved with and much more!

We encourage everyone to book tickets in advance to not only save money but also help manage numbers on site.
Tickets will be avalible on the gate on both days.

We dont allow food to be brought in to the festival site, there is a wide range of hot and cold food available throughout the weekend to be able to purchase, We encourage you to support both the businesses on the festival field and those surrounding it.
Baby food is allowed although we dont have any facilities to heat milk or food. We understand there are times where you need to provide your own food for allergy or medical conditions please contact the team before your arrival and we can ensure support for this.
No alchohol can be brought on to the festival site, and your own alcohol can not be consumed. There will be a wide range of bars on site offering everything from a cold pint to a fancy cocktail! All the bars are reasonably priced and there will be non-alchoholic drinks on offer all weekend.
Please note that no open alchohol can be taken from the site all drinks must be finished before leaving the event NO drinks will be allowed to leave or enter the site and gate and security staff have the right to refuse entry and exit to the event with alchohol. The bars will call last orders 30 mins before the site closes. Any bottles bought sealed on site are for off site consumption only and can not be consumed onsite.
